This week, I am joined by the former president of Ireland and chair of The Elders, Mary Robinson, to discuss climate justice, COP 26 and the three actions we all must take to combat climate change.
“We’re now in a danger zone of having very little window of time to get back on course for not warming more than 1.5 degrees above pre-industrial standards.
Thankfully the young climate activists talk all the time about climate justice and all the time about science, and I’m so grateful to them because they’re helping to get [across] the mindset that we’re in a crisis.
We have to be transformative. We have to be in it together. We have to understand and reach out to each other and collaborate in order to get where we need to be. And we have to do it with hope and with resilience.”
